HYPER
CREATIVE
NEURONS
At Hycrons, we believe every business deserves a powerful digital presence, no matter its size. Our founders, Alex and Mileni, are a couple who built their careers helping larger corporations thrive, and they’ve now made that same level of expertise and insight available to small businesses like yours.
We are “hybrid” professionals who know all parts of the game—from the creative vision to the operational reality—because we’ve lived it. Hycrons isn’t a test business; it’s the culmination of two lifetimes of diverse backgrounds and skills.
In our free time, we’re constantly practicing new techniques, learning new stuff, and exploring the world. We’re passionate about traveling, tasting food, beer, cocktails, and wine (for research purposes, of course!). This constant curiosity not only informs our creative work but also deepens our understanding of what it takes to build a successful brand.

An entrepreneur from the start, he built his foundation at Optimum Computer Systems before earning a Computer Science degree specialized in Web Design. This technical pedigree launched a career bridging the gap between robust IT infrastructure and high-level creative strategy. Refining his expertise at TC Villas and MassMutual, he mastered a dual-lens approach: maintaining enterprise-grade security while driving digital innovation. An analytical strategist and designer, he translates complex user behavior into actionable business goals, leveraging his background in photography to deliver tech-forward, visually compelling brand solutions.

With a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, concentrating in Food and Beverage with a minor in Culinary Arts, and a Master’s degree in Accounting, their career has been centered around optimizing business operations and driving efficiency. Their professional experience spans multiple industries, from working at the Front Desk at Casino del Mar @ La Concha, to accounting roles at the Ambassador Hotel and Four Points by Sheraton, as well as positions at GFR Media and Ballester Hermanos. This diverse background has given them a well-rounded understanding of both hospitality and corporate environments.
