We are “hybrid” professionals who know all parts of the game—from the creative vision to the operational reality—because we’ve lived it. Hycrons isn’t a test business; it’s the culmination of two lifetimes of diverse backgrounds and skills.

Mileni’s expertise in running and managing the financial side of businesses, combined with Alex’s deep technical knowledge to ensure smooth operations, forms the backbone of our service. And since we are both creatives, we instinctively know how to help businesses position themselves authentically. We are your all-in-one digital marketing partner. In our free time, we’re constantly practicing new techniques, learning new stuff, and exploring the world. We’re passionate about traveling, tasting food, beer, cocktails, and wine (for research purposes, of course!). I've always been a natural entrepreneur. My professional journey actually started as a kid, learning the ropes at my parents' company, Optimum Computer Systems. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences with a focus on Web Design, and that solid tech foundation was the start of my path. After working as an IT technician, I started pursuing a more creative focus.I went on to work at large corporations like TC Villas and MassMutual, where I really honed my skills. That technology background is how I help our customers stay secure and on top of the latest tech in their industry. I'm a self-trained creative, and I love analyzing user behavior to set realistic goals. I'm also a passionate photographer and designer who always thinks about the strategy behind a brand.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management with a concentration in Food and Beverage and a minor in Culinary Arts, as well as a Master's in Accounting. My career has been all about making businesses run smoothly. My experience ranges from hotel Front Desk at Casino del Mar @ La Concha, to accounting at the Ambassador Hotel and Four Points by Sheraton, to working at GFR Media and Ballester Hermanos.I handle all the business operations for Hycrons itself, from reports and payroll to sales proposals. But I also get to combine this administrative knowledge with my creative side. I develop marketing strategies, food styling, create high-impact visuals, and oversee all our copywriting. I believe every brand has a unique story that deserves to be told with both business precision and creative flair.

Unlimited revisions – During the seven days of creation, we will make all the necessary changes until you are happy with the logo. (From one of the chosen ideas)

Lifetime support: if the files were lost or you need any other format or any doubt you have either because you are going to print shirts, business cards, etc., we can always help you.

  • Hosting: When you create a website, you have to incur a hosting cost, which makes the website stay up or accessible. For most websites with regular traffic, this cost can be between $15 and $20 per month. You don’t necessarily have to sign up for our hosting service, but we can help you purchase the hosting or use an existing one.
  • Domain: Your web address (www.yourdomain.com) costs between $15 and $35 per year. You don’t necessarily need to buy a new domain name; we can help you to buy this service or use an existing one.
  • Maintenance: If you want us to take care of the web maintenance, we have plans available; contact us.
